整建制医疗队组织策略探讨

随着新冠肺炎疫情的进展，2020年2月初，同济医院光谷院区将17个普通病区紧急改造为发热病房，17支国家医疗队整建制进驻。为使医疗队迅速适应新环境，形成诊疗合力，提升救治水平，该院区坚持驻地医院集中统一指挥与发挥国家医疗队能动性相结合，贯彻落实医疗质量安全核心制度，细致做好医疗队医疗活动的配合工作，保证新冠肺炎重症患者救治工作的迅速有效开展。

Discussion on the Organizational Strategy of the Integrated Medical Team

COVID-19 developed, at the beginning of February 2020, the Optical Valley Branch of Tongji Hospital transformed 17 normal wards into fever wards under emergency situation, and the whole 17 national medical teams were deployed. To rapidly get them used to this new environment to work together and further elevate medical service level, the Optics Valley Branch of Tongji Hospital insisted on the principle of combining unified command from the local hospital and the self-regulation of the national medical teams. By thoroughly following the core system for medical quality and safety, and carefully supporting and cooperating with the national medical teams, it provided swift and effective health care to COVID-19 critical patients.
