急性心衰患者红细胞分布宽度变异系数与肺超声积分的相关性

目的 探讨急性心衰患者红细胞分布宽度变异系数（RDW-CV）水平与肺超声积分高低的相关性。方法 选取我院2018年1月~2019年6月EICU收治的急性心衰患者62例，根据肺部8区B线积分进行分组，≥9分者51例设为高积分组，＜9分者11例设为低积分组，检测并比较两组血液RDW-CV、血红蛋白（Hb）、APACHEⅡ评分、NEWS评分及肺超声积分。结果 两组年龄、APACHEⅡ评分、NEWS评分、Hb比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；高积分组RDW-CV为14.20（13.60,15.70），低积分组RDW-CV为13.60（12.50,15.10），两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；Spearman相关性分析显示，急性心衰患者RDW-CV与肺超声积分无相关（r=0.197，P＞0.05）。结论 肺超声评分与急性心衰患者RDW-CV之间无相关性，其对急性心衰的严重程度及预后的预测价值有待进一步研究。

Correlation Between Variation Coefficient of Red Blood Cell Distribution Width and Pulmonary Ultrasound Score in Patients with Acute Heart Failure

Objective To investigate the correlation between the red blood cell distribution width variation coefficient (RDW-CV) level and the pulmonary ultrasound score in patients with acute heart failure. Methods A total of 62 patients with acute heart failure who were treated by EICU from January 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital were selected and grouped according to the B-line scores in 8 areas of the lungs. 51 patients with ≥9 scores were assigned to the high-score group, and <9 scores were 11 cases was set as the low score group, and the blood RDW-CV, hemoglobin (Hb), APACHEⅡ score, NEWS score and pulmonary ultrasound score were detected and compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in age, APACHEⅡ score, NEWS score, and Hb between the two groups (P>0.05); RDW-CV in the high-score group was 14.20 （13.60,15.70）, and RDW-CV in the low-score group was 13.60 （12.50,15.10）,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05); the results of Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was no correlation between RDW-CV and pulmonary ultrasound scores in patients with acute heart failure (r=0.197, P>0.05). Conclusion There is no correlation between pulmonary ultrasound score and RDW-CV in patients with acute heart failure, and its predictive value for the severity and prognosis of acute heart failure needs further study.
