2010 - 2018年梅州市人群HIV检测情况分析

目的 分析梅州市人群艾滋病病毒（HIV）检测情况，为制定HIV检测策略提供科学依据。方法 以艾滋病综合防治信息系统中报告的HIV检测数据为依据，采用SPSS 19.0进行统计分析。结果 2010 - 2018年梅州市8个县（市、区）的医疗机构、重点人群、羁押人群及其他人群共1 943 423人进行HIV检测，检出HIV抗体阳性1 656人，阳性率为0.09%。HIV检测人数各年平均增长率为29.17%；各年间、各县（市、区）间的HIV阳性检出率差异均有统计学意义（χ2＝124.129，P＜0.001；χ2＝332.371，P＜0.001）。2010 - 2018年医疗机构的HIV抗体累计检测量占总检测量的82.34%，检出的阳性数占总阳性数的74.15%。结论 梅州市HIV检测工作进展显著，医疗机构是HIV感染者主要的发现机构，应继续推广各类医疗卫生机构主动开展HIV检测咨询（PITC）的策略作为HIV检测工作的重点。

Analysis of HIV detection status of population in Meizhou from 2010 to 2018

To analyze the HIV detection status of the population in Meizhou, and provide scientific basis for the formulation of HIV testing strategies. Methods The HIV detection data were collected from AIDS Integrated Control and Prevention Information System and statistically analyzed by SPSS 19.0. Results 1943423 people from medical institutions,key groups, detainees and other groups in 8 counties(cities and districts) of Meizhou were detected for HIV from 2010 to2018, and 1656 people were positive for HIV antibody,with the positive rate was 0.09%. The average annual growth rate of HIV detection population was 29.17%. There were significant differences in HIV positive rates between different years and different counties(cities and districts)(χ2=124.129, P<0.001; χ2=332.371, P<0.001). The cumulative number of HIV detection in medical institutions accounted for 82.34% of the total number of detections, and the number of positive detections accounted for 74.15% of the total number of positive detections. Conclusion HIV detection work has made remarkable progress in Meizhou. Medical institutions are the main discovery institutions for HIV infection and should continue to promote PITC strategy as the focus of HIV detection.
