广西部分贫困地区壮族留守中小学生体育锻炼与心理资本的关联

摘    要:目的 了解广西贫困地区壮族留守中小学生体育锻炼和心理资本状况,并进一步分析两者之间存在的关系。 方法 对广西4个贫困县846名留守壮族中小学生进行心理资本和体育活动等级的调查,对不同类别体育锻炼和心理资本得分比较采用 t 检验、单因素方差分析,两者的关系采用Pearson相关分析,体育锻炼与心理资本的影响采用多元线性回归分析进行。 结果 壮族留守中小学生体育锻炼平均总得分为(13.81±11.11)分;心理资本总体平均得分(3.61±0.61)分。男生在体育锻炼时间、强度、总得分和等级方面均高于女生,差异存在统计学意义( t =10.55、3.65、5.69、4.38, P <0.01)。体育活动各维度与心理资本各维度及总均分均存在显著正相关( P <0.05或0.01)。 结论 广西贫困地区壮族留守中小学生体育活动和心理资本水平较低,积极体育活动能有效改善贫困地区壮族中小学生的心理资本水平。

Abstract:To understand the physical exercise and psychological capital of left-behind and primary school students of Zhuang ethnic group in poor areas of Guangxi, so as to further analyze the relationship between the two. Methods The psychological capital and physical activity levels of 846 left-behind Zhuang ethnic group elementary and middle school students in 4 poverty-stricken counties in Guangxi were investigated, t test and one-way analysis of variance were used for the comparison of different types of physical exercise and psychological capital scores, and the relationship between the two was analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis. The effects of physical exercise and psychological capital were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Results The average total physical exercise score of left-behind primary and middle school students of Zhuang ethnic group was(13.81±11.11) points; the overall average score of psychological capital was(3.61±0.61) points. Boys were higher than girls in physical exercise time, intensity, total score and grade, and the differences were statistically significant(t=10.55, 3.65, 5.69, 4.38, P<0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between each dimension of physical activity and each dimension of psychological capital and the total average score(P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion The level of physical activity and psychological capital of left-behind elementary and middle school students of Zhuang ethnic group in poor areas of Guangxi are relatively low. Active physical activity can effectively improve the level of psychological capital of middle and elementary school students of Zhuang ethnic group in poor areas.
