嗜酸性粒细胞增多症致Loffler心内膜炎一例

Loffler心内膜炎又名嗜酸性粒细胞增多性心内膜炎,是由嗜酸性粒细胞增多浸润心脏导致的病症。该文报道1例由高嗜酸性粒细胞增多症导致Loffler心内膜炎的患儿,经醋酸泼尼松治疗后好转出院。该例提示Loffler心内膜炎是一种少见病,致死率高,其危害性不容小觑,应早发现、早诊断、早治疗,定期随访追踪,监测疾病转归情况来改善预后甚至提高生存率。

Loffler endocarditis induced by eosinophilia: one case report

Loffler endocarditis, also known as eosinophilic endocarditis, is caused by an increase quantity of eosinophilic cells that infiltrate the heart. In this article, one case of Loffler endocarditis caused by eosinophilia was reported, who was discharged after treatment with prednisone acetate. This case prompts that Loffler endocarditis is a rare disease with high mortality. The harm of Loffler endocarditis should be emphasized. It is necessary to deliver early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment, regular follow-up and monitoring clinical outcomes of diseases, aiming to improve clinical prognosis and even enhance survival rate.
