| 摘 要： | 胃癌是指源于胃粘膜上皮细胞的恶性肿瘤,占所有胃部恶性肿瘤的95%以上,其发病率及死亡率均居各种恶性肿瘤前列。早期胃癌预后良好,因此胃癌早期诊断极为重要,其中血清学检测方法具有易操作、耗时少、痛苦小、安全性高、非侵入性和动态监测方便的特点,在胃癌筛查的早期发现、早期诊断方面发挥重要作用,近年来,血清学检测已成为胃癌筛查、诊断的新热点。本文主要就血清学检测在胃癌筛查中的应用进行综述。

| Abstract: | Gastric cancer is a malignant tumor derived from gastric mucosal epithelial cells, accounting for more than 95% of all gastric malignancies, and its morbidity and mortality rank among the forefront of various malignant tumors. Early gastric cancer has a good prognosis, so early diagnosis of gastric cancer is extremely important. Among them, serological testing methods are easy to operate, less time consuming, less painful, high safety, non-invasive and convenient for dynamic monitoring. Early detection in gastric cancer screening, Early diagnosis plays an important role. In recent years, serological testing has become a new hotspot for screening and diagnosis of gastric cancer. This article reviews the application of serological testing in gastric cancer screening. |
