温脾通络开窍汤联合尼可地尔治疗微血管病变性心绞痛及对血管内皮功能与炎性因子水平的影响

目的 探讨微血管病变性心绞痛应用尼可地尔+温脾通络开窍汤治疗的效果。方法 选取2019年11月至2020年11月于安康市中医医院就医的微血管病变性心绞痛患者72例,随机分为两组。对照组应用尼可地尔治疗,研究组应用温脾通络开窍汤+尼可地尔治疗。结果 研究组治疗后TXB2(152.30±36.67)ng/L和ET-1(41.26±6.73)水平pg/L低于对照组(184.77±36.52)ng/L、(55.36±6.04)pg/L,NO水平(85.32±5.28)ng/L高于对照组(71.22±5.38)ng/L(P＜0.05);治疗后研究组IL-6(15.42±1.06)ng/L,hs-CRP(6.71±1.92)mg/L,TNF-α水平(112.14±3.42)ng/L均低于对照组(21.60±1.31)ng/L、(9.33±1.24)mg/L、(142.84±3.59)ng/L(P＜0.05);血小板最大聚集率、纤维蛋白原、血浆粘度、同型半胱氨酸水平均低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 微血管病变性心绞痛应用尼可地尔+温脾通络开窍汤治疗效果较好,可以改善患者的炎性因子水平、血管内皮功能和血液流动力学,提高治疗效果。

Wenpi Tongluo Kaiqiao Decoction combined with nicorandil in the treatment of microangiopathy angina and its effect on vascular endothelial function and inflammatory factors

Objective To investigate the effect of nicorandil and Wenpi Tongluo Kaiqiao decoction in the treatment of microvascular angina and its effect on vascular endothelial function and inflammatory factors. Methods 72 patients with microangiopathy angina in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with nicorandil,while the study group was treated with Wenpi Tongluo Kaiqiao Tang and nicorandil. Results After treatment,the levels of TXB2 (152.30±36.67) ng/L and ET-1 (41.26±6.73) pg/L in the study group were lower than those in the control group (184.77±36.52) ng/L,(55.36±6.04) pg/L,and NO (85.32±5.28) ng/L in the study group were higher than those in the control group (71.22±5.38) ng/L (P＜0.05).After treatment,IL-6 (15.42±1.06) ng/L,Hs-CRP (6.71±1.92) mg/L,and TNF-α (112.14±3.42) ng/L were all lower in the study group than in the control group (21.60±1.31) ng/L,(9.33±1.24) mg/L,and (142.84±3.59) ng/L (P＜0.05).The maximum platelet aggregation rate,fibrinogen,plasma viscosity and homocysteine levels in the study group were all lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The nicorandil and Wenpi Tongluo Kaiqiaoxi decoction has a good therapeutic effect on the patients with microangiopathy angina and can improve the level of inflammatory factors,vascular endothelial function and blood flow mechanics,and improve the therapeutic effect.
