| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了欧洲传染病预防与控制中心基本情况，及其传染病监测系统发展过程、系统界定、监测方法、实验室数据融合、监测标准化与监测经验共享等。建议我国应强化各层级之间监测交流，实现信息共享；提高监测效率，增加监测产出；定期对传染病和突发公共卫生事件监测系统进行评价，以期提高我国突发公共卫生事件应急能力

| Abstract: | The paper introduced the basic situation of the European Center for Diseases Prevention and Control.Furthermore, the development process, system definition, monitoring methods, laboratory data fusion, monitoring standardization and monitoring experience sharing of the infectious disease surveillance system were discussed. It was suggested that China should strengthen the monitoring and communication among different levels to realize information sharing; improve monitoring efficiency and increasing monitoring output; regularly evaluate the surveillance system for infectious diseases and public health emergencies,in order to improve China's public health emergency response capacity. |
