刘华为教授治疗心悸临证经验初探

心悸是一种常见的临床病症。西医多见于因心脏功能性或器质性、结构性改变出现的各种类型的心律失常或由其他疾病继发所致。对于功能性心悸,目前缺乏特异性的治疗方法,但患者自觉症状明显,影响生活质量。陕西省名中医刘华为教授临证应用中医中药治疗各种心悸症状,有其独特见解。他从脏腑的气机和气化着眼辨证论治,认为其证型多见于气化不及、气化过亢,气化不利,及气机升降失常证,心悸病临床病证复杂,大多表现为各个证型相兼为病。故治疗时应着眼于恢复脏腑的气机运行和气化状态,明辨病变脏腑及其虚实寒热。本文通过刘华为教授临证理论讨论及病案分析,探讨气化理论治疗心悸的可靠性和有效性,以飨同道。

Preliminary study on professor LIU Huawei's clinical experience in the treatment of palpitation

Palpitation is a common clinical disease,which is often seen in various types of arrhythmias caused by functional or organic or structural changes of the heart or secondary to other diseases in western medicine.At present,there is a lack of specific treatment,and the clinical symptoms are obvious,which seriously affect the quality of life of patients.Professor LIU Huawei,a famous traditional Chinese medicine in Shaanxi province,has his own unique views on the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine to treat all kinds of palpitation symptoms.Based on the syndrome differentiation and treatment of Qi and gasification of Zang-fu organs,he thinks that the syndrome types are mainly due to poor gasification,excessive gasification,unfavorable gasification,and abnormal rise and fall of qi,and the clinical syndrome of palpitation is complex,and most of them are diseases of various syndrome types at the same time.Therefore,the treatment should focus on restoring the qi operation of Zang-fu organs and analyzing the case of gasification,so as to explore the reliability and effectiveness of gasification theory in the treatment of palpitation.
