规范化物理治疗在睑板腺功能障碍中的疗效

目的 通过对睑板腺功能障碍(meibomian glands dysfunction,MGD)患者的规范化物理治疗,分析规范化物理治疗对MGD的治疗效果。方法 选取2018年9月至2019年5月就诊于延安市人民医院眼科的MGD性干眼患者80例。患病时间为0.5～3年。随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组43例,对照组37例。治疗组为规范化物理治疗+药物治疗,对照组为传统物理治疗+药物治疗。治疗1月后,分析2组的治疗效果。结果 治疗组有效率为95.35%,对照组有效率为56.76%,2组间比较差异有统计学意义;同时观察2组患者治疗前后的睑酯排出能力、睑酯性状及泪膜破裂时间(break-up time of tear film,BUT),发现2组患者治疗前后的睑酯排出能力评分、睑酯性状评分、BUT时间比较差异有统计学意义。结论 规范化物理治疗MGD能够有效排出堆积的睑板腺异常睑酯,减轻局部炎症反应,缓解患者的干眼症状,该治疗成本低,疗效佳,易推广。

Curative effect of normalize physiotherapy in treating meibomian glands dysfunction

Objective To provide standardized physical therapy for patients with meibomian glands dysfunction (MGD) and analyze the therapeutic effect of standardized physical therapy on MGD.Methods A total of 80 patients with MGD dry eye who were treated in the ophthalmology department of Yan'an People's Hospital from September 2018 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 43 cases in the treatment group and 37 cases in the control group.The duration of illness was 0.5 to 3 years.The treatment group was standardized physical therapy + drug therapy,and the control group was traditional physical therapy + drug therapy.After one month of treatment,the treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The effective rate of the two groups of patients was 95.35% for the treatment group and 56.76% for the control group.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant.At the same time,the eyelid ester discharge ability,the properties of eyelid ester and the break-up time of tear film (BUT) of the two groups of patients were obsevved before and after treatment.There were statistical differences between the two groups of patients before and after treatment in the scores of eyelid discharge ability,scores of eyelid properties,BUT time and the comparison between the two groups.Conclusion Standardized physical therapy for MGD can effectively discharge the accumulated abnormal meibomian esters of the meibomian glands,reduce local inflammation,and relieve the symptoms of dry eye in patients.This treatment has low cost,good curative effect,and easy promotion.
