脑卒中偏瘫患者健侧与瘫侧指端血糖测量值的差异

摘    要:目的:比较脑卒中偏瘫患者健侧与瘫侧指端血糖测量值的差异。方法:纳入在温州医科大学附属第一医院住院的糖尿病脑卒中偏瘫患者75例,用强生one touch血糖仪检测患者健侧与瘫侧无名指末梢血血糖值。采用配对t检验分析患者健侧血糖值和瘫侧血糖值是否存在差异;同时采用单因素分析方法分析患者特征(疾病类型、性别、年龄)对健侧和瘫侧血糖值差异的影响;在单因素分析的基础上,采用多重线性回归分析上述因素对健侧和瘫侧血糖值差异的影响。结果:75例患者中男54例,女21例,中位年龄70.7岁;其中脑出血致偏瘫患者20例,脑梗死致偏瘫患者43例,脑梗死出血转化偏瘫患者12例。配对t检验分析结果显示患者健侧与瘫侧血糖值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);单因素及多重线性分析结果显示疾病类型(脑出血、脑梗死、脑梗死出血转化)、性别、年龄等因素对患者健侧与瘫侧血糖值无统计学影响(P>0.05)。结论:糖尿病脑卒中偏瘫患者健侧与瘫侧指端血糖值无统计学差异,患者疾病类型、性别、年龄等因素不影响健、瘫侧测量值的差异。

Abstract:Objective: To compare and analyze the difference of blood glucose values between the healthy side and the paralyzed side in hemiplegia patients complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods: Totally 75 hemiplegia patients complicated with diabetes mellitus from the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University were enrolled in the study. The peripheral blood glucose levels of the healthy and the paralyzed sides of the ring finger were monitored by Johnson & Johnson one touch blood glucose meter. The paired t-test was used to find whether there was difference between the healthy side and the paralyzed side; at the same time, the univariate analysis method was used to analyze the influence of the patient’s characteristics (disease type, gender, age) on the difference of blood glucose value between the healthy side and the paralyzed side. On the basis of single factor analysis, multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influence of the above factors on the difference of blood glucose value between the healthy side and the paralyzed side. Results: Of 75 patients, 54 male and 21 female, with an average age of 70.67 years, 20 cases of hemiplegia were caused by cerebral hemorrhage, 43 by cerebral infarction, and 12 by cerebral hemorrhage combined with cerebral infarction. The results of paired t-test analysis showed that there was no significant difference in blood glucose values between the healthy side and paralyzed side; univariate and multiple linear analysis showed that disease type (cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage combined with cerebral infarction), gender and age had no significant influence on blood glucose values between the healthy side and paralyzed side. Conclusion: There is no significant difference in blood glucose values between the healthy side and the paralyzed side in diabetic patients with hemiplegia. Disease type (cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage combined with cerebral infarction), gender and age have no significant influence on blood glucose values between the healthy side and the paralyzed side
