Effective communication between medical staff is the basis of hospital safety management and plays a vital role in avoiding medical errors. The study analyzed the influence factors of effective communication between the medical staff from the aspects of individual, environment and team.The practice was discussed from aspects of using the standard check table, creating a culture of positive communication, building sweet working environment, providing cross-team care planning, strengthening the training.Furthermore, relevant thinking and suggestions were put forward.
