| 摘 要： | 医师资源的科学合理配置与管理，直接关系到重大突发公共卫生事件下医疗机构救治工作的顺利进行。介绍了某大型公立医院面对突发疫情时调配医师的具体做法，包括按需抽调、科学配置、信息化支撑等。上述措施的实施，确保了救治效果，保证了医疗质量与安全，为医疗机构应对突发公共卫生事件时合理配置医师人力资源提供了参考。

| Abstract: | The scientific and reasonable allocation and management of physicians is directly related to the success of medical institutions' treatment under major public health emergencies. The specific practice of allocating physicians in a large public hospital in the face of an emergent epidemic situation was introduced, including on-demand allocation, scientific allocation and information support.The above measures ensured the treatment effect, the medical quality and safety, and provided a feasible reference for the rational allocation of human resources of physicians in response to public health emergencies. |
