| 摘 要： | 长链非编码RNA HOXD-AS1被发现广泛表达于许多器官和组织,并在多种疾病的发生、发展中起重要作用,但其作用机制可能有所不同。为探求HOXD-AS1在不同疾病中的调控机制,以期了解HOXD-AS1在疾病中的作用及作用途径,现就HOXD-AS1在不同疾病中发病机制做一综述。

| Abstract: | Long noncoding ribonucleic acid HOXD-AS1 is widely expressed in different tissues and organs,which plays a significant role in the incidence and development of different diseases. Nevertheless, the underlying mechanisms may considerably vary. In this article, the mechanisms underlying the role of HOXD-AS1 in different diseases were reviewed, aiming to investigate the regulatory mechanism, role and pathway of HOXD-AS1 in multiple diseases. |
