摘    要:目的:探讨直肠癌组织GST-π、Ki-67的表达及患者体质量指数(BMI)与患者临床生物学特征的相关性及临床意义。方法:收集温州医科大学附属第二医院2010年1月至2013年1月共308例直肠癌患者的临床资料、术后病理及5年生存率。分析BMI及肿瘤指标(GST-π、Ki-67)的表达与患者临床及病理特征的相关性,进一步分析BMI与GST-π、Ki-67表达之间的相关性及临床意义。分析Ki-67高阳性患者5年生存率与BMI的关系。结果:肿瘤组织Ki-67的高表达与TNM分期、组织浸润深度及术后5年生存率低相关(P <0.05)。与正常BMI组相比,消瘦组且Ki-67的表达高阳性患者5年生存率偏低(P <0.05)。GST-π的阳性表达与消瘦、肿瘤位置低、淋巴结转移及较高的TNM分期显著相关(P <0.05)。结论:结合分析BMI与GST-π、Ki-67的表达水平及相关性,对评估肿瘤的恶性度、预后情况起到重要作用。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the relationship between the expression of GST-π, Ki-67, BMI and the clinical biological characteristics of rectal cancer patients and its clinical significance. Methods: A retrospective collection of 308 patients with rectal cancer who underwent surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from January 2010 to January 2013 was completed and followed up for 5 years. We analyzed the association of body mass index (BMI) and the expression of tumor markers (Ki-67, GST-π) with clinical features and pathological features of rectal cancer, as well as the correlation between BMI and Ki-67, GST-π expression and its clinical significance in rectal cancer. The relationship between the 5-year survival rate of Ki-67 high-positive patients and BMI was also analyzed. Results: The high positive expression of Ki-67 in rectal cancer is closely related to the depth of infiltration of rectal cancer, TNM staging and poor 5-year survival rate (P<0.05). Compared with the normal BMI group, the high positive expression of Ki-67 and the weight loss group had a lower 5-year survival rate for rectal cancer after surgery (P<0.05) .The positive expression of GST-π in rectal cancer tissue was significantly correlated with weight loss, lymph node metastasis, lower rectal cancer, and higher TNM staging(P<0.05). Conclusion: The combined analysis of the correlation between BMI and GST-π and Ki-67 expression level plays an important role in the clinical evalvation of the malignancy of colorectal cancer and its prognosis.
