| 摘 要： | 通过分析武汉大学人民医院在抗击新冠肺炎疫情中遇到的问题和困难，总结行之有效的应急预案和政策措施；认为应建立以医院为基础的突发公共卫生事件应急管理体系，形成平战结合的防治集群体系，提高医院应对突发大型公共卫生事件能力。

| Abstract: | The problems and difficulties encountered in the fight against the new 2019-nCoV epidemic in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University were analyzed for effective emergency plans and policy measures.It was suggested that a hospital based public health emergency management system should be established, and a cluster system combining peacetime and wartime should be formed to improve the ability of hospitals to deal with large public health emergencies. |
