依照课题研究型品管圈活动步骤,针对全膝关节置换术后恐动症多学科协作管理开展品管圈活动。构建了全膝关节置换术后恐动症多学科协作管理模式,使恐动症发生率由34%降低至10%,膝关节功能改善率由49%上升至86%,术后首次下床活动时间由48.7 h缩短至21.5h,平均住院时间由14.5天缩短至11.3天。多学科协作管理有助于降低恐动症发生率,加快膝关节功能恢复进程,进而提高患者生活质量。

Establishment of A Multidisciplinary Collaborative Management Model for Kinesiophobia in Patients Following Total Knee Arthroplasty

Carry out multidisciplinary collaborative management activities for kinesiophobia after total knee arthroplasty (TKA) in accordance with the procedures of research-oriented quality control circle activities. The multidisciplinary collaborative management model for kinesiophobia after TKA was successfully constructed, which reduced the incidence of kinesiophobia from 34% to 10%, increased the improvement rate of knee joint function from 49% to 86%, reduced the first time of postoperative activity from 48.7h to 21.5h, and reduced the average length of stay from 14.5d to 11.3d. Multidisciplinary collaborative management can help reduce the incidence of kinesiophobia, accelerate the recovery of knee function, and improve the quality of life of patients.
