Abstract:Objective To understand the perioperative sleep status of patients undergoing accelerated rehabilitation hepatobiliary surgery, and provide theoretical basis for the further development of sleep management strategies. Methods Two Hundred cases of patients undergoing accelerated rehabilitation surgery were selected as the study subjects. Sleep monitoring bracelet was used to dynamically monitor the sleep status of perioperative patients. Results The incidence of perioperative sleep insufficiency in patients with accelerated hepatobiliary surgery reached up to 73%. Perioperative sleep of patients with pancreatic surgery was the worst. Perioperative sleep duration of open surgery was lower than that of laparoscopic surgery (P<0.05). The perioperative sleep duration of patients undergoing grade Ⅳ surgery was lower than that of patients undergoing grade Ⅲ surgery (P<0.05). Conclusion The perioperative sleep problem of patients in hepatobiliary surgery was not optimistic. There were differences in perioperative sleep status among patients with different operation types, surgical methods and surgical grades. Medical staff should pay great importance to the sleep status of perioperative patients, further explore the influencing factors of sleep problems, and take active and effective nursing intervention measures.
Keywords:enhanced recovery after surgery  perioperative  sleep  hepatobiliary surgery
