摘    要:众多信号通路参与肝癌的形成、发展过程,其中JAK2/STAT3信号通路在调控肝癌细胞的生长、增殖、凋亡、分化过程中发挥着极其重要的作用。而中药单体具有抑制细胞增殖、诱导细胞的凋亡和自噬、抑制上皮间质化、调节细胞周期和免疫、逆转耐药性、增强化疗效果、使细胞衰老和失巢凋亡发挥抗肝癌作用。本文就中药单体通过调控JAK2/STAT3信号通路在治疗肝癌的研究进展作一综述,以期为疾病的治疗提供参考。

Abstract:Among many signaling pathways involved in the formation and development of liver cancer, the JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway plays an extremely important role in regulating the growth, proliferation, apoptosis, and differentiation of liver cancer cells. The traditional Chinese medicine monomer can inhibit cell proliferation, induce apoptosis and autophagy of cells, inhibit epithelial-mesenchymal transition, regulate cell cycle and immunity, reverse drug resistance, enhance the effect of chemotherapy, make cell senescence and anoikis play an anti-liver cancer effect. This article reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine monomers in the treatment of liver cancer by regulating the JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway in order to provide a reference for the treatment of diseases.
