摘    要:目的:利用自动功能成像(AFI)评估早发型和晚发型子痫前期(PE)左心室心功能。方法:收集2017年1月至2019年12月台州市第一人民医院PE患者72例,其中早发型35例,晚发型37例,年龄相匹配的正常孕妇30 例,测量常规超声心动图参数及左心室纵向应变(LS)并进行比较分析。结果:与对照组比较,早发型和晚发型PE的基底段、中间段、心尖段及左室整体LS均明显减低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);早发型PE的基底段、中间段、心尖段及左室整体LS比晚发型PE更低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:PE患者左心室LS减低,尤其是早发型PE患者减低更明显,AFI可以定量评估PE患者左心室功能的变化。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the left ventricular function in early-onset and late-onset preeclampsia (PE) by automatic functional imaging (AFI). Methods: Totally 72 patients with PE in Taizhou First People’s Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019, including 35 cases of early onset, 37 cases of late onset, and 30 normal pregnant women matched with age were studied. Routine echocardiographic parameters and global longitudinal strain (GLS) of left ventricular myocardium were measured and analyzed. Results: Compared with the control group, the basal segment, middle segment, apical segment and left ventricular GLS of early-onset and late-onset PE were significantly reduced (P<0.05), while the basal, middle, apical and left ventricular GLS of early-onset PE were significantly lower than those of late-onset PE (P<0.05). Conclusion: GLS of left ventricle is decreased in patients with PE, especially in patients with early-onset PE. AFI can quantitatively evaluate the changes of left ventricular function in patients with PE.
