| 摘 要： | 回顾某县医院血透室丙型肝炎病毒感染事件,分析事件发生原因。建议:一是加强基层医院从业人员技能培训,加强自查及行业督查,提高感染科执行力和管理能力;二是医护人员应树立标准预防理念,严格规范操作,严防类似感染事件再次发生。

| Abstract: | The study analyzed the causes of hepatitis c virus infection in the hemodialysis room in a county hospital. It was suggested that firstly, primary hospitals should strengthen the skills training of practitioners, with strengthening self-inspection and industry supervision to improve the execution and management of the infection department; secondly, the medical staff should establish a standard prevention concept, standardize operation, in order to prevent the recurrence of similar infections. |
