社会医学小讲堂教学方法应用及其效果评价

摘    要:目的 评估小讲堂开设对本科生社会医学课程教学过程的应用效果。方法 将某医学院校2019年9月-12月开设社会医学课程的全部学生作为研究对象,依据上课班次不同将学生分为实验组和对照组。实验组加入小讲堂教学方法,对照组采用传统教学模式。通过考试成绩、学生自评、对小讲堂评价,结合学生和教师访谈进行效果评价。结果 实验组机考成绩和综合成绩均高于对照组(Z=8.37、7.96,P<0.05),学生自评学习态度、学习能力、知识掌握和其他能力均有显著提升(P<0.01),实验组自评知识掌握情况优于对照组(Z=2.45,P<0.05)。结论 小讲堂适用于社会医学教学,该教学改革措施有助于学生学习,有利于基础知识的掌握和运用。

Abstract:To explore the application effect of Student Lecture in of Social Medicine teaching. Methods All students of a medical college who offer Social Medicine from 2019 September to December were collected as research objects.According to the different classes,the students were divided into experimental group and control group. The Student Lecture was added in the experimental group,while in the control group,the traditional teaching method was adopted. The effect evaluation was carried out through the scores,students’self - evaluation,the evaluation of Student Lecture,interview with students and teachers. Results The scores of computer test and comprehensive test in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05) . The students’self - assessment of learning attitude,learning ability,knowledge mastery and other abilities were significantly improved ( P < 0. 01 ) . The self - assessment knowledge mastery in the experimental group was better than that in the control group ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion The Student Lecture was suitable for the teaching of Social Medicine. This teaching measure is helpful for students to learn,master and use the basic knowledge.
