活血复健汤治疗脑卒中疗效及对患者神经功能与血清相关指标的影响

目的:研究活血复健汤对于脑卒中患者神经功能与血清相关指标的影响。方法:选取98例急性缺血性脑卒中患者纳入本次研究,将入选患者按随机数字表法均分为对照组与治疗组,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予自拟活血复健汤口服; 治疗3个月后,评估两组临床疗效,观察两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损、生活能力、活动功能情况的变化情况,检测两组患者治疗前后血清相关指标表达水平的变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.96%,对照组为81.63%,两组比较治疗组更优(P<0.05); 治疗后,两组患者NIHSS均有下降、Barthel指数与Fugl-Meyer得分均有升高(P<0.05),且治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05); 治疗后,两组患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、中枢神经特异蛋白(S100β)、髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)水平均有下降,血清NO水平均有升高(P<0.05),且治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血复健汤能够提高脑卒中患者的临床疗效,进一步改善患者的神经功能,调节患者血清相关指标的表达水平。

The effect of Huoxue Fujian decoction on cerebral apoplexy and its related indexes of nerve function and serum

Objective:To study the effect of Huoxue Fujian decoction on neurological function and serum related indexes in patients with stroke.Methods:The objects of study were 98 patients with acute ischemic stroke.The included patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number method.After 3 months of treatment,the clinical curative effect of the two groups was evaluated; the changes of neurologic deficit,living ability and activity function of the two groups were observed before and after treatment; and the changes of serum related index expression levels were detected in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The overall response rate was 97.96% in the treatment group and 81.63% in the control group.After treatment,NIHSS in both groups decreased,Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score increased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of hs-CRP,MMP-9,NSE,S100β and MBP in both groups decreased,and the serum level of NO increased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Fujian decoction can improve the clinical curative effect of stroke patients,further improve the neurological function of patients and regulate the expression level of serum related indicators,which lays a solid foundation for achieving an ideal prognosis.
