2015-2017年云南省普洱市健康人群麻疹抗体水平监测分析

摘    要:目的 了解普洱市健康人群麻疹抗体水平,评价麻疹疫苗免疫效果,为制定麻疹防控措施提供科学依据。方法 采取分层整群抽样方法,于2015-2017年对普洱市10413名健康人群采集血清标本,采用ELISA 方法对麻疹血清进行麻疹Ig G抗体检测。结果 2015-2017 年普洱市健康人群麻疹抗体总阳性率为91.95%(9575/10413) ,麻疹抗体总保护率为60.15%(6263/10413) ,不同年份、地区、年龄、有无免疫史的人群麻疹抗体阳性率、保护率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 普洱市麻疹抗体水平阳性率处于较高水平,但麻疹抗体保护率偏低,麻疹抗体水平存在地区差异;加强麻疹抗体水平监测,及时发现免疫薄弱地区和空白人群是防治麻疹的关键。

Abstract:Objective To understand the level of measles antibody in healthy population in Pu’er City, and to evaluate the immune effect of measles vaccine, so as to provide a scientific basis for the formulation of measles prevention and control measures. WTHZ]Methods WTBZ]Serum samples were collected from 10413 healthy people in Pu’er City from 2015 to 2017 by stratified cluster sampling. Measles IgG was detected by the ELISA method. WTHZ]Results WTBZ]From 2015 to 2017, the total positive rate of measles antibody was 91.95% (9575/10413) and the total protection rate of measles antibody was 60.15% (6263/10413). There was a significant difference in the positive rate and protection rate of measles antibody among different years, regions, ages and people with or without immunization history (P < 0.001). WTHZ]Conclusion WTBZ]The positive rate of measles antibody level in Pu’er city is at a high level, but the protection rate of measles antibody is low. There are regional differences in measles antibody level. Strengthening the surveillance of measles antibody level and timely detection of weak immune areas and blank population are the keys to measles prevention and control.
