穴位埋线疗法联合腹横肌训练治疗产后腹型肥胖68例疗效观察

目的 观察穴位埋线疗法联合腹横肌训练对产后腹型肥胖的临床疗效。方法 选取陕西省中医医院2019年8月至2020年8月产后腹型肥胖患者136例,以随机数表法平均分为2组,对照组给予穴位埋线法治疗,观察组给予穴位埋线疗法联合腹横肌训练治疗。对比2组患者治疗前后体重、体重指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)、臀围(HC)与腰臀比(WHR)等指标的变化。结果 治疗3月后,观察组总有效率为91.18%,显著高于对照组(P＜0.01),治疗后观察组患者的BMI、WC、HC与WHR指数与治疗前、治疗后对照组患者比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 穴位埋线疗法联合腹横肌训练治疗腹型肥胖有较好的疗效,安全性较高。

Effect of acupoint embedding therapy and transverse abdominis training on 68 cases of postpartum abdominal obesity

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint embedding therapy and transverse abdominis training on postpartum abdominal obesity.Methods 136 patients from August 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group gave acupoint embedding therapy,and the observation group gave acupoint embedding therapy and transverse abdominis training treatment.The changes of body weight,body massindex(BMI),waist circumference (WC),hip circumference (HC) and hip ratio (WHR) before and after treatment in 2 groups of patients.Results After 3 months of treatment,the observation group overall efficiency was 91.18%,significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.01),and after treatment,the BMI,WC,HC,and WHR of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group before and after treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupoint embedding therapy combined with transverse abdominis training in the treatment of abdominal obesity has a good effect,safe and effective,worthy of clinical promotion.
