糖异平联合二甲双胍治疗肝郁脾虚型2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝72例临床观察

目的 探讨糖异平联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法 将72例肝郁脾虚型2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。治疗组给予糖异平联合二甲双胍口服,对照组给予二甲双胍片口服,疗程3个月。比较两组患者治疗后中医证候积分、血脂、血糖水平和肝功。结果 12周后治疗组中医证候、餐后2小时血糖、总胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三脂水平均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),脂肪肝B超下改善情况优于对照组(P＜0.05),高密度脂蛋白明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 糖异平联合二甲双胍能够改善肝郁脾虚型2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者中医证候,降低血糖、血脂,改善肝脏损伤及脂肪变性,效果优于单纯应用二甲双胍。

Clinical observation of method of invigorating spleen and regulating liver combined with metformin in the treatmentof 72 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus with non-alcoholic fatty liver due to liver depression and spleen deficiency

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tangyiping combined with metformin on type 2 diabetes mellitus with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods Seventy-two patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 36 patients in each group.The treatment group was given oral administration of Tangyiping combined with metformin,while the control group was given oral administration of metformin tablets for a course of 3 months.After the treatment,TCM syndrome score,blood lipid,blood glucose level and li-ver function were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,TCM syndrome,2 h PG,TC,HbAlc,and TG of the experiment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05);the improvement of fatty liver under B ultrasound was better than that of the control group (P<0.05),and HDL-C was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Tangyiping combined with metformin can improve TCM syndromes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with liver depression and spleen deficiency combined with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,reduce blood glucose and lipids,and improve liver injury and steatosis,so the effect is superior to that of metformin alone.
