补肾填精行气活血法治疗中重度宫腔粘连疗效研究

目的:研究补肾填精行气活血法治疗中重度宫腔粘连临床疗效及可能的作用机制。方法:将66例中重度宫腔粘连术后患者随机分成两组,对照组33例,给予雌孕激素人工周期治疗,治疗组33例,在对照组基础上联合中药治疗,治疗3个月后观察两组在总疗效、子宫内膜厚度、宫腔粘连评分等指标的比较情况。结果:治疗后,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为63.63%,研究组患者的治疗总有效率为84.84%,研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者子宫内膜厚度、妊娠率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者IUA评分、VEGF积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雌孕激素人工周期联合补肾填精行气活血法治疗中重度宫腔粘连,能有效预防宫腔再粘连,提高临床疗效。

Study on the therapeutic effect of Bushen Tianjing Xingqi Huoxue on moderate to severe intrauterine adhesion

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and possible mechanism of Bushen Tianjing Xingqi Huoxue in the treatment of moderate to severe intrauterine adhesion.Methods: 66 patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesion were randomly divided into two groups after operation.33 cases in the control group were treated with estrogen and progesterone,and 33 cases in the treatment group combined treatment with traditional Chinese medicine.After 3 months of treatment,the total efficacy,endometrial thickness,intrauterine adhesion score and other indicators were observed.Results: The total effective rate of the control group was 63.63%,and the total effective rate of the study group was 84.84%,which was higher than that of the control group,differences statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness and pregnancy rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,IUA scores and VEGF scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Artificial cycle of estrogen and progesterone combined therapy of Bushen Tianjing Xingqi Huoxue in the treatment of moderate to severe intrauterine adhesion can effectively prevent intrauterine adhesions,improve clinical efficacy.
