2016 - 2019年陕西省国家贫困县农村饮用水毒理学指标影响因素分析

摘    要:目的 分析2016 - 2019年陕西省国家贫困县农村饮用水毒理学指标达标情况及影响因素,为有针对性地提高贫困县饮用水水质提供依据。方法 采集2016 - 2019年陕西省国家贫困县农村饮用水水样标本12 254份,采用卡方检验分析率之间是否存在差异,二分类非条件logistic回归模型分析率的影响因素。结果 所有水样毒理学指标的整体达标率为86.58%,且整体达标率逐年上升(χ2 = 206.827,P<0.05),毒理学指标单项检测结果超标较严重的前4位指标依次为氟化物、硝酸盐氮、六价铬和铅;是否处理、水源类型、是否消毒以及是否按要求使用消毒设备4个因素对水质毒理学指标合格率有影响(χ2值分别为561.896、2 132.604、234.872、214.074,P<0.001);且经logistic回归分析这4个影响均为主要因素,OR值分别为1.398、21.048、1.209、2.261。结论 陕西省贫困地区农村饮用水毒理学指标达标情况受到水源类型、是否处理、是否消毒等多种因素的影响,因此水源地保护、饮用水正规的生产流程以及加强对供水工程的管理至关重要。

Abstract:To analyze the compliance rates of toxicological indicators and influencing factors of rural drinkingwater in Shaanxi national poverty-stricken counties from 2016 to 2019, so as to provide basis for improving the quality ofdrinking water. Methods 12254 samples of rural drinking water from 2016 to 2019 were collected. Chi square was used totest whether there was any difference between the compliance rates, and factors influencing the compliance rates wereanalyzed by Binary Logistic regression. Results The overall compliance rate of toxicological indexes of all water samples was86.58% , and the compliance rate increased with years of growth (χ2=206.827, P <0.05). The top four toxicological indexesexceeding the standard were fluoride, nitrate nitrogen, hexavalent chromium and lead. Whether treating, the type of watersource, whether disinfecting and whether using disinfecting equipment according to the requirements have an effect on thecompliance rates of water toxicology index (χ2=561.896, χ2=2132.604, χ2=234.872, χ2=214.074, P<0.001). Logistic regressionanalysis showed that these four factors were all the main factors, the OR values were 1.398, 21.048, 1.209 and 2.261,respectively. Conclusion The toxicological indicators of rural drinking water in poverty-stricken areas of Shaanxi Province areaffected by various factors, such as the type of water source, whether treating, whether disinfecting, etc., so the protection ofwater source, the regular production process of drinking water and the management of water supply project are very important.
