吸毒者社会支持系统调查分析

目的:考察吸毒者在吸毒前后社会支持系统的变化特点。方法:采用自行设计的《基本情况调查表》和肖水源编制的《社会支持评定量表》对重庆市西山坪劳教所和江北劳教所的吸毒人员进行调查。结果:(1)与吸毒前比较,男女吸毒者吸毒后的社会支持量表总分和各维度的得分明显低,差异有显著性(P<0·05-0·001);(2)男女吸毒者在吸毒前的支持总分和各维度得分上性别差异无显著性(P>0·05),吸毒后,在客观支持(P<0·05)和支持总分(P<0·05)上的差异有显著性。结论:男女吸毒者的社会支持状况均是吸毒前明显好于吸毒后,男性吸毒者在吸毒后的处境更糟。

INVESTIGATION ON AND ANALYSIS OF SOCIAL SUPPORT SYSTEM OF DRUG USERS

Objective:To investigate the change of social support system of drug-users before and after drug use. Methods:An investigation was conducted among drug users doing rehabilitation in Xishanping and Jiangbei education through labour institutions with two questionnaires. One was a self-designed questionnaire for collecting basic information of drug users, the other was Evaluation Scale of Social Support designed by Xiao Shuiyuan. Results:(1)Compared with those before drug use, the total scores of social support scale and each dimension gained both by women and men after drug use were much lower, showing significant difference(P<0.05-0.001); (2)The gender difference on total scores of social support scale and each dimension before and after drug use was insignificant(P>0.05), but significant gender difference was observed in objective support(P<0.05) and total scores of scale (P<0.05) after drug use. Conclusion:Social support condition of male and female drug users before drug use is significantly better than that after drug use, and the situation of male drug users after drug use is much worse.
