摘    要:目的:探讨激光照射对细胞遗传的影响。方法:采用830nm半导体激光照射小鼠免疫器官(脾区)后检测精子形态及腹腔巨噬细胞,胸骨骨髓细胞微核率,结果:发现小剂量激光照射引起精子畸形,大剂量的照射除引起精子畸形外还可引起腹腔巨噬细胞,胸骨骨髓细胞微核率的升高,结论:某些剂量的激光照射会对细胞遗传产生影响,望注意使用的安全性。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of laser on cell genetics. Methods: To treat mouse spleen with 830nm semiconductor laser, then observe the shape of sperm,the micronuclei rate in peritoneal macrophagocytes and bone marrow erythrocytes were observed. Results: Low power treating may deform the sperm,while high power not only deform the sperm but also rise the micronuclei rate in the macrophageocytes and erythrocytes. Conclusion: Some dosage laser treating may have effect on cell genetics,please think highly of the safety in using process.
