| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨可吸收线缝合固定治疗髌骨骨折的方法与疗效。方法：2001年10月～2006年12月对60例髌骨骨折患者采用1号可吸收线缝合固定术进行治疗。结果：45例患者随访6～12个月,功能评定：优42例,良3例,优良率为100%,X线片示骨折愈合良好,髌骨形态正常。结论：可吸收线缝合固定治疗髌骨骨折操作简单易行,适用于各种类型髌骨骨折,力学强度可靠,且经济便宜,无需二次手术,疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the application and effect of absorbable thread in petallar fracture therapy.Methods:Sixty petallar fracture patients were sutured with NO.1 absorbable thread from October 2001 to December 2006.Results:6~12 months follow-up showed that 42 cases had excellent score,3 cases had good score,and the excellent rate was 100% by functional assessment.Besides,X-ray also indicated nice healing and normal petallar monorphy.Conclusion:Suture with absorbable thread is easy to employ,applicable for various petallar fracture.It's economic and effective. |
