| 摘 要： | 强调自身免疫介导、以免疫性炎症是系统性红斑狼疮的主要因素，本病的病机主要由于本虚标实，瘀毒贯穿于发病的始终。系统性红斑狼疮的病因病机较为复杂，但无论从中医还是从西医的角度看，瘀毒在发病过程中占有举足轻重的地位，治疗上当以凉血化瘀为主，根据不同的证型进行化裁配伍。

| Abstract: | The emphasis on auto - immune - mediated, autoimmune inflammation in systemic lupus erythematosus is a key factor in the pathogenesis of the disease was mainly due to asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality,Yudu consistently throughout the disease. Systemic lupus erythematosus pathogenesis of more complex, but in terms of Chinese medicine or Western medicine point of view, Yudu in pathogenesis play a vital role in the treatment of bite cool the blood dissolving stasis mainly depending on type of card to modification compatibility of medicines. |
