| 摘 要： | 目的：评价下肢深静脉造影的临床应用价值。方法：自1981年10月－1998年12月共检查7555例，7908条下肢。所有患肢均作顺行造影检查，部分患肢还作其它造影或无创检查。结果：患病率最高为原发性深静脉瓣膜功能不全（53．0％），深静脉血栓形成后遗症（26．8％），单纯性大隐静脉曲张（15．5）。其它为先天性静脉畸形骨肥大综合征，先天性深静脉无瓣症，髂静脉受压，下腔静脉阻塞等。结论：下肢深静脉造影不但是检查下肢静脉病变的可靠方法，更可为治疗方法的选择提供合理的依据。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of venography of lower limbs in diagnosing venous disease.Methods: Analysis of 7555 patients (7908 lower limbs) with ascending venography.and part of them with other kinds of venography or nontraumatic examinations in addition.Results: Three venous diseases with the highest incidence are primary valvular incompetence of the deep veins(53.0%),latestage posthrombotic deep veins(26.8%)and simple varicosity of greater saphenous vein(15.5%).Conclusion: Venographic examination is a relialbe meas in diagnosing venous disease of the lower limbs, and it provides scientific data for choice of reasonable method of treatment. |
