| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定舒胸片和舒胸微丸中羟基红花黄色素A含量的高效液相色谱法。方法固定相：Phenomenex Luna C18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）；流动相：乙腈-0．05％磷酸（15：85）；流速：1．0ml／min；检测波长：403nm；柱温：25℃。结果羟基红花黄色素A在2．6526．50μg·ml^-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999）。舒胸片和舒胸微丸的平均加样回收率分别为99．4％和100．5％，RSD分别为1．6％和2．0％。结论该方法简便快速，适用于舒胸片和舒胸微丸中羟基红花黄色素A的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Aim To develop a method for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Shuxiong Tablets and Shuxlong Pellets by HPLC. Methods The Phenomenex Luna C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）column was used. The mobile phase consisted of ACN：0.05% phosphoric acid （15： 85）. The flow rate was 1.0ml/min;the detection wavelength was 403nm and column temperature was 25℃. Results The calibration curve was linear （ r =0.999 9） in the range of 2.65 -26.50 04μg·ml^- 1 for hydroxysafflor yellow A. The average recoveries of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Shuxiong Tablets and Shuxiong Pellets were 99.4% and 100.5%, RSD was 1.6% and 2.0%, respectively. Conclusion The method is quick and convenient for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Shuxiong Tablets and Shuxiong Pellets. |
