| 摘 要： | 应用原子吸收光谱法测定了15例良性前列腺增生(BPH)和30例不同年龄正常男性血清、尿液、前列腺按摩后尿液(VB_3)内锌浓度。结果显示男性血清和VB_3锌浓度随年龄增长而下降,BPH患者血清和VB_3锌浓度、VB_3总锌量均显著高于相应年龄对照组。提示BPH患者存在锌代谢的改变。BPH患者血清双氢睾酮显著增高,其浓度与血锌水平呈正相关,提示两者在BPH发生中起一定作用。

| Abstract: | The concentrations of zinc in serum, urine (VB1) and post-prostatic message urine (VB3) were measured by atomiv absorption spectroscopy in 15 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and 30 normal subjects of different ages. It was found that serum and VB3 urine zinc levels declined with age in healthy men, but serum and VB, zinc concentrations and total zinc in BPH were significantly higher than those of the age-matched normal subjects. The results indicated zinc accumulation in the hyperplastic prostate. It was also observed that serum dihydrotestosterone (DHT) concentration was much higher in BPH than in normal old men and was directly proportional to serum zinc level in BPH. It is suggested that metabolic changes of zinc and DHT play some roles in the development of BPH. |
