| 摘 要： | 对150例嗜铬细胞瘤的临床分析中,肿瘤位于肾上腺者120例、肾上腺外30例、恶性16例。全部病例均有高血压,表现类型多样。全部病例于高血压状态下尿儿茶酚胺或其主要代谢产物VMA均增高。作者对肿瘤定位检查方法的选择也作了探讨。

| Abstract: | 150 cases of pheochromocytoma were presented. There were 90 male and 60 female patients. Majority of the patients were between 20 to 50 years of age. The tumor was found in the adrenals in 120 cases. Out of the 150 cases, 16 were malignant. All patients suffered from high blood pressure, with paroxysmal hypertension in 22, sustained hypertension in 52 and sustained hypertension plus paroxysmal exacerbation in 74. 14 cases had the manifestation of alternating hypo- and hypertension, while 3 of them suffered from hypotensive shock following hypertensive attack. The determinations of catecholamine and its metabolites in blood and urine were of diagnostic value. Two-dimensional ultra-sonography, computerized tomography and 131I-MIBC scan were found very useful in the localization of the tumor. |
