大、中专护生护理专业承诺的调查分析

目的了解大、中专护生的护理专业承诺现状并分析其影响因素，为护理专业的教育教学改革提供一定的依据。方法应用护理专业承诺量表对我校护理专业五年制大专生135名、三年制中专生280名进行问卷调查。结果大、中专护生总体承诺为（74．92±9．68）分；其中专业价值认同（23．92±3．28）分；专业努力意愿（27．32±3．59）分；专业留驻意愿（23．68±4．03）分；前三项大专护生高于中专护生；专业兴趣和对专业前景的态度是影响专业承诺的主要因素（P〈0．01）。结论中专护生专业承诺水平偏低，尤其是专业留驻意愿。因此，作为学校在护理教育教学中应当引起重视，积极采取措施加强专业思想的教育，提高学生的专业兴趣，同时为学生创造更多的就业渠道，从而提升护理学生的专业承诺水平。

Investigation and analysis on the professional commitment of nursing students in junior college and secondary school

Objective： To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of the professional eommitment of nursing students in junior college and secondary school Methods： By using nursing specialty commitment scale, a questionnaire survey was conducted in 153 nursing students of five-years term junior college and 280 nursing students of three-years term secondary school. Results： The level of professional commitment of nursing students in junior college was higher than the students of secondary school The professional interest and professional attitudes were the main influencing factors （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion： To improve the students professional interest and create more employment chance for them were enhance the level of professional commitment of nursing students.
