| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨鼻内镜下腺样体切除术治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的疗效.方法:回顾性分析2005年7月～2009年7月108例合并慢性鼻窦炎的腺样体肥大患儿在鼻内镜下电动切割器切除腺样体后鼻窦炎愈合情况.结果:108例患儿腺样体一次性完全切除,无残留,无出血,鼻塞、流脓涕等鼻窦炎症状消失.结论:鼻内镜下腺样体切除术是一种理想的微创手术...

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the effect of adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope on chronic sinusitis in children.Methods：Clinical data of 108 chronic sinusitis children with adenoids hypertrophy admitted from July 2005 to July 2009 were retrospectively analyzed,who were treated by adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope with electrical cutterbar.Result：The adenoids of all cases were completely removed without residue and bleeding.Symptoms such as nasal obstruction,pus or bloodstain and so on all disappeared.Conclusions：Adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope is an ideal minimally invasive surgery.It is a necessary and basic treatment for chronic sinusitis in children. |
