| Abstract: | Objective To explore safe and rapid operative approach in laparoscopic distal pancreatectomy with preservation of the splenic artery and vein.Methods The operative procedures of 12 cases of distal pancreatectomy with preservation of the splenic artery and vein were retrospectively reviewed and the application of the anterior pararenal space approach in distal pancreatectomy with preservation of the splenic artery and vein was analyzed.Results All 12 operations were successful with the average operative time of(55±18)min,the blood loss were(80±46)mL and the duration of hospitalization was 7.6 d.There was no postoperative complication,including pancreatic juice leakage.Conclusion The anterior pararenal space approach is a safe and efficient operative one in distal pancreatectomy with preservation of the splenic artery and vein. |
