| 摘 要： | 目的:研究自组方1号对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的影响.方法:采用50%乙醇灌胃造成小鼠酒精性肝损伤模型,检测血清中甘油三酯(TG)的含量的活性及肝组织丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量,并进行肝脏病理组织学检查.结果:给予自组方后可使肝组织中MDA含量明显降低,血清TG含量降低,肝组织病理改变明显好转,且具有剂量依赖性,...

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the effect of No.1 self-made formula on alcohol-induced hepatic injury of mice.Methods： Mice model with alcoholic liver injury were established by gastric perfusion of 50% ethanol.Levels of triglyceride,triglyeride in serum,malondialdehyde（MDA） and glutathione（GSH） were measured,and pathological examination was also performed.Results： It showed that MDA and TG level decreased significantly,and the hepatic pathological status was obviously improved and it was dose-dependent.The indexes in high dose group were similar to these in control group.Conclusions： No.1 self-made formula has remarked protective effect on hepatic injury due to alcohol. |
