| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨低位直肠癌保肛术后吻合口瘘的原因及防治措施.方法:回顾性分析我院2005年10月～2010年8月收治的586例直肠癌保肛手术患者的临床资料,对27例吻合口瘘的患者采取保守及手术治疗,观察其结果,分析吻合口瘘的临床特点.结果:27例患者术后发生吻合口瘘,其中24例经冲洗引流、营养支持、全身应用抗生素等保守治疗方...

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the cause and treatment of postoperative anastomotic leakage after anus-preserving surgery in low colorectal cancer.Methods： Retrospective analysis of 586 cases with low colorectal cancer that underwent anus-preserving surgery was conducted,specifically,27 cases that had postoperative anastomotic leakage were studied and their clinical symptoms and treatment outcomes were analyzed.Results： Postoperative anastomotic leakages in 24 of the 27 cases were cured with washing drainage,nutritional support,systemic antibiotics etc.therapy,3 underwent transversostomy surgery.Conclusions： Sufficient preoperative preparation and preoperative management is the key to prevent postoperative anastomotic leakages,instant treatment is the key for success of treatment. |
