| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脑梗死(CI)患者多层螺旋CT(MSCT)血管成像特点.方法:对214例CI患者采用MSCT血管成像检查,观察其颈内动脉及分支血管、椎基底动脉及分支血管,分析动脉的形态、狭窄程度及斑块特点.结果:本组颈内动脉系统闭塞或狭窄以颈内动脉起始部为主,其发生率为74.3%;椎基底动脉系统闭塞或狭窄以椎动脉起始部及锁骨...

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the character of imaging of cerebral infarction（CI） by multi-slice spiral CT（MSCT）.Methods： A total of 214 CI patients were examined by MSCT.The status of internal carotid artery,basilar artery and their branch vessels were observed.The shape of artery,stenosis level and plaque feature were analyzed.Results： The obstruction or stenosis mainly occurred in the original area of carotid artery（74.3%） in carotid artery,while original part of vertebral artery and subclavian artery（37.9%） in basilar artery.And the incidence was higher in internal carotid artery.Conclusions： MSCT is noninvasive method for examining both intra-and extra-cranial vascular diseases.It is preferred option for analysis of vascular stenosis and arterial plaque. |
