| 摘 要： | 标准化病人(standardized patient,SP)的应用是目前医学教育临床考核领域的发展趋势,而八年制医学生的培养方式和培养目标使该学制的临床技能考核更加具有挑战性。在八年制医学生心内科临床技能考试中应用SP考核与床旁考核双重方式是一次探索性的尝试,研究表明两种考核方式均有各自特点,两种方式的结合相得益彰,能够更加全面、真实的评价考生的临床理论和技能的应用能力。 |

| Abstract: | Using standardized patient is a developmental trend of clinical test in medical education. The training goal and method of eight-year program medical students pose grater challenges to their clinical skill tests.The combined application of standardized patient and bedside examination in clinical skill test of cardiology for eight-year program medical students is an exploratory trial. The study shows that the two kinds of assessment method have their own characteristics. The combination can evaluate students＇ ability in applying clinical theory and skill more comprehensively and accurately. |
