| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原发性甲状腺功能亢进症患者的甲状腺不同超声表现的病理基础。
方法对62例经临床及实验室诊断为原发性甲状腺功能亢进症患者术前行甲状腺二维超声及彩色多普勒血流显像（colour Dopplor flow imaging,CDFI）,分析其超声声像特点并与病理结果进行对照分析。
结果原发性甲状腺功能亢进症患者甲状腺的二维超声声像图表现有2种类型：均匀回声型（12例,占19.35%）及不均匀回声型（50例,占80.65%）,其病理表现不同,不均匀回声型中小叶间隔水肿及淋巴细胞灶状分布与均匀回声型比较有显著差异（P〈0.01）。
结论原发性甲状腺功能亢进症甲状腺超声图像不同,其病理表现不同。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the pathology in different ultrasonic characteristics of primary hyperthyroidism(PHT).Methods Sixty-two patients with PHT underwent ultrasonography before surgery and the results were comparered with the surgical pathology.Results There were two different ultrasonic types in PHT according to the ultrasonic characteristics of the thyroid gland:homogeneous(n=12)and heterogeneous echoes(n=50).Significant differences were found between the two types of PHT in interstitial edema and lymph-cell infiltration(P<0.01).Conclusions Our study indicated that the two different kinds of featares in PHT on ultrasonography have different pathologic bases. |
