摘    要:羧乙基锗倍半氧化物(Carboxyethylgermanium简称Ge-132)对体外肝癌细胞无明显直接杀伤作用,但能降低肝癌细胞在软琼脂上的集落形成率。在AFB1致大鼠肝癌体内短期实验模型中发现,Ge-132具有抵抗黄曲素(AlfatoxinB1简称AFB1)降低超氧化物歧化酶(SuperoxideDismutase简称SOD)活力的作用,Ge-132的摄入时间,剂量可影响SOD活力大小。提示G

Abstract:This paper report that cell growth and proliferation of BEL-7402 could not be efficiently inhibited by carboxyethylgermanium Ge-132. But it can be debased the cells colony formation rate in soft-agar. Ge-132 possessed the remarkable resistance effects on aflatoxinB1 AFB1 reduces Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) activity in vivo during AFB1 -induced hepato-carcinogenesis for short term model experiments. The SOD activity can be effected by the time and the dosage of Ge-132 englobement. The results indicated that antioxidative ability of Ge-132 is related to its anticarcinogenicity. Ge-12 can be used as a safe and effective chemoprevention agent.
