| 摘 要： | 目的探讨螺旋CT在急性胰腺炎诊断中的价值。方法对经临床或手术明确诊断的28例患者CT表现及临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果CT诊断为急性水肿性胰腺炎21例，急性出血坏死性胰腺炎7例。两型胰腺炎均有胰腺肿大，出血坏死性则有点状或小片状低密度区、局限性斑点状高密度出血灶。结论CT对急性胰腺炎的诊断、分级和预后判断具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the value of spiral CT in diagnosis of acute pancreatitis. Methods CT findings and clinical data of 28 patients were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were proved by the surgery or clinic. Results CT diagnosed 21 cases as edematous pancreatitis, 7 cases as acute hemorrhagic-necrotizing panereatitis. Pancreatic enlargement were found in two types of pancreatitis by CT. Small dot or pine-like low density area and high density local dotty bleeding lesions were found in hemorrhagic-necrotizing pancreatitis. Conclusion CT plays an important role in diagnosis,grade and prognosis of acute pancreatitis. |
