粉防己碱对麻醉大鼠心肌缺血和缺血/再灌流诱发的心律失常的作用

摘    要:采用麻醉大鼠左冠状动脉前降支结扎及结扎5min后再开放,造成心肌缺血和缺血/再灌流损伤的模型,观察了粉防己碱(Tet)对心肌缺血及再灌流所诱发的心律失常的作用。静脉注射Tet 4mg·kg~(-1)后可明显降低心肌缺血及再灌流损伤所诱发的心律失常严重程度。

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of intravenous tetrandrine (Tet) on the outcome of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion. Tet 4mg- kg-1 iv significantly reduced arrhythmias resulting from a coronary artery ligation and reperfusion. It is suggested that Tet may be a prospective anti-arrhythmic drug in ischemic heart disease.
