冠心病患者胰岛素水平与血脂的关系

目的：探讨冠心病患者血胰岛素水平与血脂的关系。方法：对42例冠心病患者及32名健康对照者采用放射免疫法（RIA）、已糖激酶法（HK法）、GPO-PAP法、CHOD-PAP法直接测定法分别测定血胰岛素、血糖、甘油三脂（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）及高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇（HDL-Ch）。结果：冠心病患者的血胰岛素、血糖、甘油三脂（TG）均显著高于健康对照者，HDL-Ch显著降低。血胰岛素与TG呈显著正相关，与HDL-Ch呈显著负相关。结论：提示冠心病患者存在高胰岛素血症，而且与其脂质代谢异常密切相关。

The relationship between insulin level and blood-lipid in patients of coronary heart disease

Objective To explore the relationship between the level of blood insulin and that of blood-lipid in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods The levels of blood insulin, blood sugar, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and high-density lipoprotein- cholesterol (HDL-Ch) were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA), hexokinase method (HK), GPO-PAP method, and CHOD-PAP method respectively. Total 42 cases of coronary heart diseases were included in the study, among which 21 were confirmed by coronary arteriography; and 32 healthy subjects were also studied as control group. Results The levels of blood insulin, blood sugar and triglyceride (TG) in patients of coronary heart disease are all significantly higher than those in the control group, while the level of HDL-Ch was remarkably reduced. The blood insulin was positively correlated with TG and negatively correlated with HDL-Ch. Conclusion The results suggest that hyperinsulinemia exists in patients of coronary heart disease, which is closely associated with the abnormity of lipid metabolism.
