急救医疗服务体系在抢救严重多发伤患者中的作用

目的探讨急救医疗服务体系在严重多发伤患者中的作用。方法统计2008年10月~2015年4月间在安徽医科大学第二附属医院急诊科收治的严重多发伤患者2 461例,同级别兄弟医院(未实施院前急救-急诊室急救-EICU一体化治疗)严重多发伤病例687例,进行横向与纵向对比分析患者死亡率、致残率及治愈率。结果笔者将2008年10月~2011年6月收治严重多发伤患者963例列为A组,2011年7月~2015年4月收治的1 498例列为B组,2011年7月~2015年4月120救护车送至同级别兄弟医院严重多发伤病例687例列为C组。B组患者死亡率、致残率明显低于A组、C组(P0.05),B组患者治愈率明显高于A组、C组(P0.05)。结论急救医疗服务体系可以明显提高严重多发伤患者的治疗效果。

Effect of emergency medical service system in treating acute multiple injuries

Objective To analyze the effect of emergency medical service system in treating acute multiple injuries.Methods Data of 2 461 acute multiple injuries treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University's Emergency Department and 687 in the other brother hospital were analyzed and compared from Oct .2008 to Apr.2015.The morality,disability rate and cure rate were analyzed and compared .Results Totally 963 patients treated in our hospital from Oct .2008 to Jun.2011 were ranked as group A .A total of 1 498 patients treated in our hospital from Jul.2011 to Apr.2015 were ranked as group B.Totally 687 patients treated in the other hospital were ranked as group C.The mortality and disability rate in group B were obviously lower than those in group A and C(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the cure rate of group B was obviously higher than that in group A and C(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency medical service system can significantly improve the treatment effect of acute multiple injuries .
