| 摘 要： | 目的：运用中药古方，改变剂型，自拟蜂胶左金胃三联治疗幽门螺杆菌（HP）相关性胃炎；方法：采用C^14呼气检测HP阳性胃炎者，中药组用蜂胶左金胃三联胶囊，西药组用西药丽珠胃三联；结果：两组在改善胃炎相关临床症状、清除HP等指标有可比性；结论：蜂胶左金胃三联抗HP感染性胃炎临床疗效满意，为研发治疗HP相关性胃炎的中成药提供临床资料。

| Abstract: | Purpose:The author made the propolis Zuojinwei Trilink to treat the gastritis concerned with HP through the ancient recipe,formulation modified when needed.Methods:adopting C~(14) breathing to test the patients with positive gastritis.The TCM group using the capsules of propolis Zuojinwei Trilink,and the western medicine group using western medicine called Lizhuwei trilink.Results:both of the two groups are comparable in improving the clinical symptoms concerned with gastritis and clearing away the index of HP.Conclusion:the clinical effect of propolis Zuoujinwei Trilink in anti-HP infection is satisfactory,which offers some clinical materials for researching and developing Chinese patent medicine to treat gastritis concerned with HP. |
